MPL - PURE LIQUID MANNOPROTEINS

VERY PURE LIQUID MANNOPROTEINS-BASED PRODUCT, IN LIQUID FORM, READY TO USE
MPL is a specific selection of mannoproteins, obtained by a special biological separation process which respects the original colloidal structure.
A dosage of MPL can help to reach a higher tasty balance and tartaric stability,as well.
MPL is in liquid form, ready to use.
MPL is microfilterable: with the suggested dosage it can be added also before bottlling given that the filterability indexes don't change a lot.In any case we always suggest a laboratory check before proceeding to final filtration.
Excellent both during ageing and before bottling.
